Sometimes I don’t allow myself to love hard in fear of falling hard.

This is AWESOME…
Since I’ve been having issues with my nose piercing, I figured I would touch on that today. If you’ve had your nose pierced, you would know that it HURTS. No need to be tough, just admit it. I’ve had my nose pierced twice. The first time was a decent experience, but the second, not so much. I got it re-pierced because my first stud fell out at night and the piercing closed up by that morning! I recieved my second piercing at a random place where I live.
My first mistake is that I didn’t check the place out first. It was a nightmare.
They were scrambling to find what they need to pierce my nose, as if they had never done one before. That is when I should have sprinted in the other direction, but I didn’t want to wait. They took this big, ugly clamp, and turned my nostril outwards (instead of using a receiving tube) and took a big needle and just pushed it through. He wasn’t sensitive of my needs at all. He didn’t tell me to take a deep breath or try to talk me through it at all like the first lady that pierced my nose did.
My nose started to bleed profusely, and I could feel what seemed to be every pint of blood in my body, rush to my head. I am typically good when it comes to piercings, but this was traumatic. I tried my best to not cry as they struggled to dig the ring into my freshly pierced nose. As the blood ran down my face I tried to keep it off of my white shirt. He couldn’t even get the ball on so he passed it to the girl next to him as he said “I’m not as good as you are at this.” She couldn’t get it in either, so I snatched it from her and said I would do it myself. They pretty much threw paper towels at me, and smeared some Vaseline on my nose and said, “Have a nice day.”
I would have asked for my money back, but the problem was that I paid them before they pierced, and I was too traumatized so I basically ran out.
I left the building and my mother saw how shaken up I was. She told me that the people that pierced my nose were smoking a cigarette outside with smug looks on their faces. Hm, I wonder why? Maybe they knew they didn’t know what they were doing.
I fully advise checking out where you get tattoos, piercings etc., BEFORE you get them. It’s for your best interest. Luckily my nose is not infected, but I learned my lesson!
